Recreational 44k

44km road race starting from the Lone Star Restaurant. Straight up the Cardrona Valley Road to the Cardona Hotel, turn around safely then zoom back down the valley and finish at the Lone Star Wanaka.

The first 22km are up a very gradual gradient, straight with slight undulations to the Cardrona Hotel. After the turn-around you re-trace your 22km back down the valley to the Lone Star Wanaka.
